EURAVIA NORTH AMERICA EXPANDS OPERATIONS WITH NEW FACILITY AND ADVANCED MACHINING

Euravia North America (“ENA”), a Magellan Aerospace division, continues its trajectory of growth with a significant expansion in 2025. The company is leasing a new 10,000-square-foot facility and introducing machining capabilities to support growth in its comprehensive suite of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions for gas turbine engines and components and its manufacture of space products.

This expansion reinforces ENA’s commitment to providing industry-leading services to the aviation and aerospace sectors. ENA’s newly acquired machining assets include the Puma SMX 3100ST multi-tasking turning center, designed for manufacturing hard metals such as titanium, Inconel, and other exotic alloys used in space applications. In addition, the introduction of a Puma DVF5000 5-axis vertical machining center will enhance MRO operations by supporting a new gearbox and transmission repair cell.

“With the addition of this new facility and advanced machining capabilities, ENA is making a decisive move to broaden our service portfolio and optimize our operational performance,” said Steve Doughty, General Manager of Euravia North America. “This investment underscores our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our customers and strengthening our position as a respected provider of engine and engine component repair and overhaul.”

These advancements complement ENA’s existing capabilities, including cold spraying technology—a cutting-edge process that enables high-quality corrosion repairs by supersonically depositing metallic powder onto worn or damaged surfaces. This process extends the lifespan of critical components, reduces waste, and minimizes repair turnaround times, offering significant value to customers.

As a modern FAA/EASA, CAA-certified and AS9100-registered repair station; ENA continues to provide best-in-class engine component R&O services for Honeywell TPE-331, T53, Rolls-Royce M250, General Electric CT-58, and Bell Helicopter airframe components.

Attendees of VAI’s Verticon 2025 in Dallas, Texas, from March 10-13, can meet the ENA team at exhibit #C4622 to learn more about the company’s expanded capabilities and discuss how these advancements can support their operational needs.
