Haydn Martin
Vice President, Business Development, Marketing and Contracts
Reporting to the President and the CEO, Mr. Martin leads Magellan’s Business Development and Contracts team. The team’s primary focus is to develop and sustain customer relationships securing the new business required to deliver the corporations strategic growth. In his role, he is also responsible for marketing, communications, and branding, and he is an integral member of the executive operations team.
Since joining Magellan in 2003, Mr. Martin has held senior management positions in both operations and business development, supporting the development and deployment of the strategic plan for the European Operations. In 2015, he was appointed as the Vice President, New Business Development for the corporation managing all business capture, bid preparation, and customer relations.
Mr. Martin is a qualified engineer with over 35 years of experience in the global aerospace industry, managing business development in Europe, North America, and Asia.
