Michael Gribe
Vice President, Human Resources
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gribe is responsible for managing Magellan Aerospace’s human resources function globally, from employee and labour relations, recruitment and selection, total reward and pension and benefits, workers compensation, talent development and performance management to succession planning.
Prior to joining Magellan Aerospace in 2022, Mr. Gribe held progressively senior positions in various organizations for the oil and gas, mining, retail, manufacturing and hospitality industries. Mr. Gribe brings over 20 years of global HR expertise in implementing entreprise-wide human capital strategies aimed at elevating business performance and shareholders return. As the company security officer (CSO), Mr Gribe plays a vital role in your organization’s ability to meet the security requirements for all customers at all level of governments.
Mr. Gribe holds an engineering degree from l’Institut Nationale Polytechnique in France and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Desautels Management Faculty, McGill University in Montreal, QC. Michael is also a graduate of the Human Resources Management Program with Honours from the Humber College and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
