Phillip Underwood

Mr. Underwood joined Magellan Aerospace in 2003 following the company’s acquisition of its UK business. Prior to joining Magellan, he held a number of senior positions in the aerospace industry with GKN Aerospace in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
From 2003 to 2014, Mr. Underwood served as Vice President, European Operations, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational direction of six divisions. In this role, he led Magellan’s UK and India operations.
He was appointed President of Magellan Aerospace Corporation on May 13, 2014, and assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2015.
Mr. Underwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
